UCPath: Efficient, Responsive, Accurate

UCPath will replace the outdated systemwide payroll-personnel system with state-of-the-art technology and a shared services center designed to serve the University of California’s 10 campuses and five medical centers, UCOP, ASUCLA and ANR."

Service-Centered

 

Located in Riverside, the UCPath Center will be a one-stop-service-hub for the University of California’s 190,000 employees. An online UCPath Portal will allow faculty and staff to make the majority of their changes to personal, benefit and withholding information themselves.

More complicated issues will be handled through an online, highly responsive case management system. Employee service associates will be available via telephone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
