UCPath: Efficient, Responsive, Accurate

UCPath will replace the outdated systemwide payroll-personnel system with state-of-the-art technology and a shared services center designed to serve the University of California’s 10 campuses and five medical centers, UCOP, ASUCLA and ANR."

The benefits for the university and its employees will be numerous and impactful:

•    A single, integrated payroll and HR solution will provide consistent practices and procedures throughout the entire UC system.

•    Payroll processing will be more automated, efficient and accurate.

•    Consistent, quality data will be readily available with increased reliability for enhanced analytical reporting and decision-making.

•    Experience at other institutions has demonstrated that UC can expect to lower the cost of payroll and HR services.

Located in Riverside, the UCPath Center will be a one-stop-service-hub for the University of California’s 190,000 employees. An online UCPath Portal will allow faculty and staff to make the majority of their changes to personal, benefit and withholding information themselves.

More complicated issues will be handled through an online, highly responsive case management system. Employee service associates will be available via telephone from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
